Subsidiaries & BranchesRabobank Ireland plc operates in conjunction with other Rabobank Group subsidiaries in Ireland including De Lage Landen Ireland Company (leasing and asset financing), Interpolis Captive Management Services Limited (insurance), both based in Dublin's IFSC and Rabobank International Dublin branch, the provider of RaboDirect.ie. ACC BankIn March 2002 Rabobank Nederland acquired ACCBank plc in Ireland (www.accbank.ie). The transaction was originated, sponsored and managed by Rabobank Ireland PLC. ACCBank is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rabobank Group and continues to trade as ACCBank. Following this deal, the Rabobank Group was the first continental European financial institution to develop a retail presence in Ireland, alongside the Bank's existing operations in the IFSC. |
