Rabobank launch Ireland's first internet only bank, RaboDirect.

Today the 3rd of May Rabobank launch Ireland’s first internet only bank, RaboDirect. Based on the hugely successful Belgian internet bank, Rabobank.be, which currently has over €1billion on deposit, RaboDirect will offer Irish customers high value, transparent deposit and managed funds.RaboDirect will be launched with a major brand campaign. The high profile media campaign, with adverts running on TV, radio and outdoor sites and online, will promote RaboDirect as a straight talking online bank - savings and investment options without the usual strings, conditions and small print.

RaboDirect’s online security system offers a level of security far above that of the major Irish banks. Customers will be able to securely bank online 24/7 365 days a year. Our Customer Contact Centre is based in Charlemont Place and will be available 7am to 11:30pm 7 days a week.
